History
JB Manufacturing has been designing and building custom cable assemblies and custom wire harnesses with genuine Panduit, Molex and Carpenter equipment and parts since 1988.
Our technicians build custom cables, assemblies or wire harnesses from your engineered drawings or we can assist you in the design of your final product from samples or a description of the components you require.
Quality that meets UL Standards
We work with engineering and quality control to ensure cables and wire harnesses meet UL certified standards and manufacturing quality standards.
Our Capabilities
JB Manufacturing has the capability of soldering and tinning wires for applications using D-sub connectors, LEDs and other solder applications.
Automated Machinery
Panduit and Molex Machinery along with dozens of semi-automated tooling.
Soldering and Tinning Wire
Capable of custom wire harnessing, multi-conductor cables, and more.
Our facility is equipped with automated and semi-automated tooling. We also have dozens of hand tools which we can install into our pneumatic cylinders to support various manufacturers of terminals.
