JB MANUFACTURING uses manufacturer recommended tooling to further support our production needs and quality. Our CARPENTER wire-processing machine precisely cuts and strips wire and cable. Our AMP, MOLEX, and PANDUIT, semiautomatic crimping machines and hand tools crimp terminals uniformly onto the processed wire and cable.
These machines and hand tools are able to crimp a wide variety of solderless contacts and terminals. This helps ensure accuracy, faster turnaround, improved cost-efficiency and reliability. Our solder stations also provide quality solder connections using solder irons and sleeves.
All materials are manufactured using our custom harness boards and fixtures, which are built to your drawing specifications and tested using U.L. inspection and quality assurance techniques. All materials and manufacturing procedures meet or accede your requested specifications.
